1. SHIPPING METHOD
After payment, the orders you have placed will be sent by us with PostNL to the delivery address you have specified. In most cases, PostNL delivers the package within 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands. All our shipments are at the expense and risk of the buyer. The time of legal delivery is the moment that we have delivered the package with the goods you have ordered to PostNL.
2. DETERMINE THE DELIVERY DATE AND LOCATION YOURSELF
When paying for the order, you will also be given the option to specify a delivery date and location. You can determine the date on which you want the package to be delivered by PostNL.
It is also possible to collect the package from one of the PostNL locations or even from a Parcel and Letter Machine of your choice.
If you are unexpectedly not at home on the date you specified and you would rather not have it delivered to your neighbours? You can also indicate this in the delivery options!
When we have delivered the package to PostNL, a Track & Trace Code will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided when placing an order. You can track your package using this Track & Trace Code.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
When paying for your order, you will receive a clear overview of the shipping costs that we charge for your package. This will be almost the same or close to the rates that PostNL charges as costs for handling a package.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
We will always do our utmost to process your order within 1 working day and deliver the package to PostNL. It is important to note that this depends on the payment method you have chosen. When choosing Direct bank transfer, there may be a delay when the amount is credited to our account. The moment that the amount due for the order is credited to our bank account determines the moment at which we will continue to process the order.
If orders cannot be delivered in full, you will receive a message about this on the order confirmation.
In most cases, PostNL delivers your package within 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands. For other countries within Europe, this can vary from 2 to 20 working days. Deliveries may then be delayed due to any actions at customs.
5. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SHIPPING
We always try to find suitable packaging for your shipment. In most cases, we will first reuse as much packaging as possible. In this case, you should think that we will first use boxes that our suppliers have used for our orders that we have placed with them.
For packages where we cannot reuse previously used packaging materials, we will unfortunately have to use new ones to ship your items. In this case, we have purchased new recycled packaging so that we can put together and ship packages that are as environmentally friendly as possible.
